Because each product is handcrafted in small batches in Collingswood, NJ, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared, packaged, and handed off to our carrier. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. We'll always keep you informed.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates for USPS are calculated in real time at checkout based on your location and order weight.

✦ Special Handling — Fragile Items

Some of our products, including glass diffusers and candles, are fragile by nature. We take extra care to wrap and cushion these items for safe transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right.
